Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our team of Sustainability Consultants, supporting the development and implementation of electric vehicle charging stations at commercial properties in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for EV charging incentives, adapting approaches to meet each client’s unique requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders, presenting value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of our EV charging solutions.
  • Incentive and Funding Consultation: Guide clients on available incentives, funding opportunities, and the ROI of EV installations, addressing their specific questions with clear, data-backed responses.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiation processes to close deals, ensuring agreements meet company standards and align with client expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Keep informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Document sales activities and pipeline updates, providing management with clear, timely insights on progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years previous sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Analytical research experience 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms 
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay (Commission Only): $50,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
