Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our team of Sustainability Consultants, supporting the development and implementation of electric vehicle charging stations at commercial properties in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for EV charging incentives, adapting approaches to meet each client’s unique requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders, presenting value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of our EV charging solutions.
- Incentive and Funding Consultation: Guide clients on available incentives, funding opportunities, and the ROI of EV installations, addressing their specific questions with clear, data-backed responses.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiation processes to close deals, ensuring agreements meet company standards and align with client expectations.
- Market Analysis: Keep informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Document sales activities and pipeline updates, providing management with clear, timely insights on progress and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years previous sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proven track record in sales
- Analytical research experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay (Commission Only): $50,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
